Ellis County Veterans Treatment Court
Veterans Treatment Court is a local court program designed for veterans who are facing legal trouble. Instead of going through the traditional court process alone, participants are connected with treatment, support, and services to help them address underlying challenges and move toward stability.

Holidays & Heroes honors and supports the men and women stationed at Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base and throughout North Texas—providing Thanksgiving meals, heartfelt Christmas celebrations, and year-round community support for our heroes and their families.

41st Armored Infantry Regiment of the 2nd Armored Division Reenactor
Trained by Patton. Forged in 1940. We are a local historical reenactor group representing the 41st Armored Infantry Regiment of the 2nd Armored Division. As the only U.S. armored division to fight in both the Mediterranean and European Theaters, "Hell on Wheels" left tracks from North Africa to Central Europe. We honor their memory by bringing their history back to life right here in our community.

A Troop 1st Squadron 124th Cavalry Regiment Reenactor
I am a local independent living history reenactor and a proud member of the Texas National Guard. I attend schools to share our rich military history directly with students. I also join other reenactors at various educational events to bring the past to life for our community. I specialize in preserving the unique legacy of the 124th Cavalry Regiment—the very last horse-mounted Cavalry Regiment of the U.S. Army. This legendary unit served in the saddle from 1929 until World War II, when they dismounted to fight in the rugged China-Burma-India Theater. The regiment holds a sacred honor: one of its own troopers, 1LT Jack Knight of F Troop, posthumously earned the Congressional Medal of Honor, which was the only Medal of Honor awarded in that entire part of the Pacific Theater.
